Four Feet In Heaven is a place of remembrance and gentle community. You agree to use the Site lawfully and respectfully, to honour the tributes and grief of others, and not to interfere with the Site's operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it to send unsolicited communications.

When you submit a pet memory, a death notice, or other content, you confirm you have the right to share it, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, display, and store that content on the Site as part of the sanctuary. All submissions are reviewed before publication and we may edit for clarity, or decline anything that is unlawful, harmful, or out of keeping with the tone of the Site.

Unless otherwise stated, the design, text, artwork, and other material we author on the Site are owned by or licensed to Four Feet In Heaven and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Tributes and images shared by contributors remain the property of their contributors. You may view and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, or use our content commercially without prior written permission.

The Site may link to third-party websites, including Maya Sunario and Emerald Phoenix Press, both part of the Maya Sunario Creative Studio family. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites.

The Site and its content — including healing library articles and support resources — are provided on an "as is" basis for gentle guidance and comfort, and are not a substitute for professional veterinary, medical, or mental-health advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
